3. Use a pendant taken from a piece of costume jewelry or other embellishment item. Hot glue it to the point on the choppy paper where the ribbons intersect. You can use a bow for this as well if you wanted. Now, glue this choppy page on your background. Make sure you center.
4. Then, place your photo directly in the middle of the choppy paper. You can then use your own stickers, lettering, or inserts for telling the story of the photograph.
