For one large mould of cream, use half a package of gelatine, one gill
of milk, two quarts of whipped cream, one gill of sugar, and two and a
half ounces of Walter Baker & Co.’s Chocolate.

For about two quarts and a half of cream use a pint and a half of milk,
a quart of thin cream, two cupfuls of sugar, two ounces of Walter Baker
& Co.’s Premium No. 1 Chocolate, two eggs, and two heaping
tablespoonfuls of flour.
Do You Realize Chocolate Bars Have Been Around For Over Two Hundred Years?
I know of no one that has eaten chocolate and not just absolutely loved it. There are probably some exceptions, but I am not aware of them. When you consider that you can get chocolate bars with fruit, marshmallows, nuts, caramel and more there is hardly another confection that has so many diverse choices.
